Cloudrock Court winds through the upper section towards the western edge of Ascaya, a luxury home development carved into the McCullough Mountain range in Henderson, Nevada. The project's infrastructure was built completely with materials mined on site and all major improvements were installed prior to beginning sales.

A Raiders flag flies near the Las Vegas Stadium project site roughly bordered by Russel Road, Polaris Avenue, West Hacienda Avenue, and Dean Martin Drive. Planned as the future home of the Las Vegas Raiders, the site features close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip.
