Gausling, Mike

Mike Gausling started in the casino industry as a slot floor person at the Aladdin in 1976. After about a year, he moved to the Stardust in a similar capacity and in 1980 went to the the Sundance, later named Fitzgeralds and The D Las Vegas. Gausling later worked at the Holiday Casino where he held supervisory roles and then after about 12 years in those roles, eventually assisted in opening the Stratosphere. He would then move to The Mirage where he would start on the floor again before moving into higher positions at that property.

Craft, Nancy, 1937-

Nancy Craft (née Pracejus) was born on August 30, 1937 in North Weymouth, Massachusetts. Her father's health caused her family to move to Las Vegas, Nevada on July 26, 1946. She attended John S. Park Elementary School and Las Vegas High School. In 1953, Nancy successfully auditioned for the Rhythmettes and performed with the dance troupe until she graduated in 1955. After high school, she married her first husband and worked in a number of different offices.

Provance, Will

Will Provance was born in Mississippi and grew up mostly in St. Louis, Missouri, where he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri before earning a Master’s in Business Administration from Shiller University. Provance attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Master of Science in Hotel Administration. He started in the gaming industry as a pool manager at Sunset Station, and became slot analyst before entering Station Casinos’ management development program.

Harlig, Mendy, Rabbi

Rabbi Mendy Harlig was born and raised in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, New York. He was ordained as a rabbi in 1996. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1998. Rabbi Mendy Harlig is the spiritual leader of the Chabad of Green Valley, later renamed Chabad of Henderson. He was introduced to the Las Vegas community in 1990 by his brother Rabbi Shea Harlig. Hasidic Judaism has surrounded Mendy since his youth in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn. He seemed destined to become a Chabad rabbi.
