The Ida Brewington Pittman Papers date from 1906 to 1977 and contain personal and professional correspondence, ephemera, photographs, and newspaper clippings relating to the life of her husband, former Nevada Governor Vail Pittman. The newspaper clippings also include information about oil wells and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Nevada.

The Muriel Stevens Papers (1969-2006) consist of materials documenting Stevens' career as a television cooking show host and newspaper columnist in Las Vegas, Nevada. Newspaper articles, correspondence, ephemera, certificates, and photographs provide information about her career, and to a lesser extent, her personal life. The collection also includes publications and records documenting the Nevada State Dairy Commission and the Las Vegas hospitality industry. The Video Recordings series consists mainly of episodes of the Muriel Stevens Show.

The collection is comprised of a short documentary film, Forever in Our Hearts (2018), that highlights the Healing Garden, a memorial established after the 1 October shooting at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada. The film is comprised of photographs taken by Tanya Olson, a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Olson created the film as a way to memorialize the 1 October shooting.
