Oral history interview with Lilly Fong conducted by Annie Yuk-Siu Shum on February 29, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Fong discusses receiving her education in both China and Arizona and later completing her Master’s degree in education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She describes how she held multiple careers, starting at the historic Fifth Street School as a third grade teacher in 1950 and continued to opening a Chinese restaurant called Fong’s Garden with her husband, Wing Fong.

Oral history interview with Kenneth W. Fong conducted by Lois Goodall on February 22, 2014 for the West Charleston Neighborhoods--an Oral History Project of Ward 1. Fong discusses growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada and being the son of two successful and philanthropic community members, Wing and Lilly Fong. Fong also discusses his father starting a grocery store and later in 1955, Fong’s Garden. He then discusses real estate development, Nevada State Bank development, as well as contributing to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Chinatown evolution.

Oral history interview with Dorothy Ross Fletcher conducted by Sharon Hildebrandt on June 26, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Fletcher discusses prominent visitors to Las Vegas, Nevada, living in Nevada during World War II, atomic testing, and environmental and social change in Las Vegas. She also talks about real estate and development on the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Stella Fleming conducted by Suzanne Wright on February 24, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Fleming first talks about some of her work in welfare specifically, the early practices of the welfare administration. She also discusses her work with the Works Progress Administration, the American Red Cross, and the Nevada Emergency Relief Program. Fleming also discusses atomic testing, specific landmarks and locations, and the development of the city.

Oral history interview with Edmund "Ed" Fleming conducted by Mark Lucas on February 08, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Fleming discusses mining practices in Southern Nevada and his teaching experiences in Pahrump, Nevada, Goodsprings, Nevada, and Las Vegas, Nevada. He also discusses religion, transportation, and culture in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with William G. Flangas conducted by David Emerson on September 27, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview William Flangas speaks about working for Reynolds Electric/Engineering Company, being appointed to the State Public Works Board, and being an intermediary for communication between the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Reynolds Electric/Engineering Company, and the State Public Works Board.

Oral history interview with Charles Nur Fernald conducted by Claytee D. White on May 31, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview Charles Nur Fernald discusses permanently moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in January 1968 to perform with Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. He discusses auditioning for the Lido de Paris show at the Stardust Hotel and Casino. He talks about how he remained there for sixteen years and how he is the only male dancer who performed with Lido through five different consecutive productions.
