Emails include messages from the UNLV President and Provost, official notices from the Office of the President, degree changes, event reminders, and many more. The emails between the years 2018 and 2026 are incomplete, as they were not systematically collected. Future additions to the collection will be a complete representation of campus communications.

In 2026, Tammi Kim created the accession record. Sarah Jones processed the born digital materials including migrating files off of optical storage media which were normalized to standard preservation and access formats following UNLV Special Collections and Archives Digital Preservation guidelines.
