Scope and Contents
A large 218 x 87 inch exhibit was created for the Desert National Wildlife Refuge (DNWR) visitor center in 2013. It was designed by Skydance Studio in collaboration with the US Fish and Wildlife Service and fabricated by Split Rock Studios. The display helped educate t visitors about the hidden abundance and diversity of life in the refuge. The public was encouraged to discover the 35 common species hidden in the huge image with the help of an image key and viewing devices.
