Scope and Contents
The Clark County Wetlands Park (CCWP) Nature Scene Investigator Case Book was created in 2008 by Skydance Studio in collaboration with the educators at Clark County Wetlands Park. It was created as an engaging journal for use on CCWP-lead elementary and secondary school field trips to the Wetlands Park in Henderson, Nevada. Adapted from the 2004 Naturalist Field Notebook, the 2008 spiral-bound “Nature Scene Investigator Case Book” was designed to provide structure for instructor-guided student field trips. CCWP provided equipment that further encouraged scientific observation and journaling during their visit.
