Perkins, Clara Syphus, Samuel R. Gentry, Nellie Perkins, Edward Syphus, Ellinor Syphus and Ellen Gentry) of St. Thomas, Nevada, U. S. A., the party of the first part, and c . M. Jay and Sadie B. Each of said Placer Mining Claims contain 160 acres of land more or less. , Notice of location of said Claims was posted the 1st day of January, 1906; and copies of same duly recorded as follows to wit:- Notice of location of St.Thomas Placer Mining Claim was filed for record with District Recorder March 1906 and recorded on Pages 68-69-70, Book 0. of the St. Thomas Mining District Records; and recorded March 28th, A. D., 1906, in Book *S" Mining notices, Page 136; Lincoln county, Nevada, Records: and notice of location of Keasite Placer Mining Claim was filed for record with District Recorder, March, 1906 and recorded on Page 65-66-67, Book "C" of the St. Thomas Mining District records, and recorded March 28th, A. D. 1906, in Book Mining notices, Page 136 Lincoln county, Nevada, Records, which see for fuller description of said land.
