THIS CONTRACT, made thiS'^^^'^pday of August, 1908 by and between Levi Syphus, (Attorney in fact for George syphus, Christianda syphus, Ltake Syphus, Harry Gentry, John F. Perkins, Clara Syphus, Samuel R. Gentry, Nellie Perkins, Edward Syphus, Ellinor Syphus and Ellen Gentry) of St. Thomas, Nevada, U. S. A., the party of the first part, and c . M. Jay and Sadie B. George of Los Angeles, California, the parties of the second part WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, his heajs, or assigns hereby agrees, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the parties of the second part, -fctnetedTetis: xu. -,n.L -Irp-ro- receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to sell to the parties of the seedtnd part, their heirs or assigns on or before twentieth A. D., 1908, all the right , title and interest of the above named parties, their heirs or assigns for whom he is attorney in fact, in and to certain deposits of Kaolin or carbonate of Magnesia in Lincoln County, State of Nevada designated as Kaosite Placer Mining Claim, and St. Thomas Placer Mining claim, in St, Thomas Mining District, Lincoln county, Nevada. Each of said Placer Mining Claims contain 160 acres of land more or less. , Notice of location of said Claims was posted the 1st day of January, 1906; and copies of same duly recorded as follows to wit:- Notice of location of St.Thomas Placer Mining Claim was filed for record with District Recorder March 1906 and recorded on Pages 68-69-70, Book 0. of the St. Thomas Mining District Records; and recorded March 28th, A. D., 1906, in Book *S" Mining notices, Page 136; Lincoln county, Nevada, Records: and notice of location of Keasite Placer Mining Claim was filed for record with District Recorder, March, 1906 and recorded on Page 65-66-67, Book "C" of the St. Thomas Mining District records, and recorded March 28th, A. D. 1906, in Book Mining notices, Page 136 Lincoln county, Nevada, Records, which see for fuller description of said land.
