In 2022, Tammi Kim minimally rehoused the materials and created the finding aid in ArchivesSpace. In 2025, Olivia Rodriguez created access copies of digital files following UNLV Special Collections and Archives Digital Preservation guidelines and updated the descriptions in the finding aid.

Tammi Kim de-duplicated promotional materials. Four optical discs that contain video interviews that are duplicate of files from MS-00820 Joshua Abbey Papers were appraised and disposed from the collection per express permission from the donor.
