143 4. Out of my vacation if desired. Vegetables and farm products of all kinds are exceedingly high here and have a ready market. With a good farm I can add very materially to our appropriation of $20000. I certainly can keep my school full of 100 pupils is all I am allowed. I believe with sales from farm, garden, and shape I can provide for more than that. We haven't lost a pupil by death or runaway this year. Some weeks ago I awarded a contract for furnishing lumber to this school. I haven't heard anything from it yet. I sincerely hope it is allowed soon. We have
