Mr. and Mrs. Dan Murphy spent last Thursday and Friday in Phoenix on business. Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Horton of Ventura, Calif., were guests of Mrs. Bernice Richardson from Saturday till Wednesday. Greeley Clack, Howard Grounds, Dene Pattillo and Frank Kesler spent Monday and Tuesday hunting at George Miller’s ranch. Dr. and Mrs. Marvin K. [not legible] returned Tuesday night from two weeks trip to California. J.O. Reavis, attorney from Bakersfield, was a Kingman visitor on business last Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Seeley spent Sunday on the Colorado River visiting the Bullshead dam site. Word has been received of the birth of a baby girl last Saturday to Mrs. Charles Edwards of North Hollywood, Calif. Mrs. Edwards is the former Sarah Anne Cofer. Pat Brady left last Saturday for his home in Long Beach after spending several days here on business. Mrs. Mary Hart, mother of C.M. Hart arrived in town Monday for a visit.
