Indian and Department To establish a plant that would require $1000 for type and a common second-hand Hoe press and small job press. I would need a printer as instruction for 6 months at $60. The tailor and shoemaker trades would be self supporting in one year. Maulding would be an experiment. I have plenty of shop room and store room and my boys are eager for work. I am very sorry you could not visit me. Your presence would not only have cheered us, but would I am sure presaged great things for our school. Properly managed this school cannot fail to have a great future. Yours very respectfully S. M. McCowam Supt.
