Scott | Secretary Dear Mr* Sootti Mr. Folger has sent me oopy of your letter of August 23, 1949 and letter dated August 4,1949 from Lae vegae Motel Association, Inc. relative to changing the water rates for no tele to the rates that are fuml shed hotels. Mr. Reinhardt, Floe President of the later ©M^paay, is now In the SSaet and I would appreciate It If any action on this matter were delayed pending his return. As you know, I have written Mr. Allard recently, suggesting that Mr. Reinhardt and I meet him In Lae Vegas together with such members of the Commissions staff as he may desire to have present and go over various and sundry matters in connection with the Las Vegas Land and ?^t2r^Company an<i Kr* Allard advised me over the telephone that he would meet us In Lae Vegas on October 11th. It might be well to put this particular subject on the agenda for discussion at that time if that la agreeable to Mr. Allard and to the Commission. Very truly yours E* 1.
