At a general session of the Riblic Service CoMiission of Nevada, held at its offices in Carson-City, Nevada, August 2A, 1951. PRESENT: Robert A. Alien, Chairman Chas. V. Villiams, Commissioner Hugh A. Chamber ger, Commissioner Lee S. Scott, Secretary ORDER • FUrsuant to the foregoing Opinion, which is hereby referred to and ma.de a part hereof, IT IS ORDERED That for the future, unless changed by order of this Commission, the rates, rules and regulations of the Las Vegas Land and Hater Company shall be as set forth in the Schedule attached hereto; and IT IS FURTHER ORDEKED That the Commission retains jurisdiction in the premises for purposes of amending any rate, rule or regulation is it deems proper.
