V- Las Vegas Land and Water Company Original Sheet PSCU Mo. 11 RULE 8(a) % The Company shall make the following charges for each tapping of its water main and the construction of service line extending therefrom as follows* (a) For each 5/4w tapping where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length (b) For each 1M tapping where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length (c) For each tapping over ltt up to and including 2” where the service line does not exceed 50 feet in length (d) For each tapping over 2” or where any service line shall exceed 50 feet in length, actual cost of labor and material, plus 10$0 Applicant shall pay the above charges, or the estimated cost of such service line, in advance,, $ 5.00 $20.00 $30o00 9o Hew Extensions - Whenever an application for water service is received which will require the Company to extend its water mains more than fifty feet, exclusive of the service pipe of each customer to be served, the applicant shall enter into a contract to advance sufficient money to cover the cost of making such extension.
