Ft. Mojave, Ariz September 11th The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. Sir: On July 1st, 1891, I estimated for blanks for the six months ending Dec. 31st, 1891 and as yet have heard nothing from them, and [not legible] we are out of most of the blanks.
