I agree.Attention: Sister Mary Felicia, Superintendent Gentlemen: We represent the Baker Process Company, of Belleville, Hew Jersey, which manufactures equipment for making and selling bread and also grants franchises for practicing a continuous dough-making process. In connection with these activities Baker Process Company has obtained Trade-Mark Registration No. 601,919, "Angelbread" , specifically for bread, in^fche United States Patent Office. This registration jm sued February 8, 1955. Although Baker Process Company presently does not have an arrangement for the use of this name in the Las Vegas area, a situation involving its use in your area could arise at any time since Baker conducts anation-wide operation. Our client has brought to our attention the fact that your organization has some connection with the production and sale of baked products under the brand name "Angelbread" or "AnUtfe Bread". Our client recognizes Justifiably sentimental reasons for your choice of this particular name and in view of the nature of your organization it would be extremely reluctant to take any steps to protect its rights in this Aame that would be prejudicial to your interests. However, in view of the above-mentioned trade-mark registration and the program Baker Process Company has for its use, we must regretfully bring this to your attention and respectfully request that you adopt a name for your product which will not conflict with our client's registered trade-mark. Very truly yours, HOOD, MINTZ & VICHNESS (s) Irving Vichness
