As this work is entirely new to me I beg to be notified as soon as possible- time enough before the next issue so that I can make my arrangements- whether my figuring is correct or not. I am fearful of making some mistake. These Indians (influenced by old Chief Serrum) refused to let me have any children for school. I however, laid the advantages of the school before them in as forcible a measures as feasible, and I can assure you that I will have some of them before the school classes.
