consent shall provide water regularly*to any person, company or^cor­poration other than the occupant or occupants of the premises of said consumer, nor shall any consumer permit leaks or waste of water. 13. Noncompliance with Company* s Rules - If the consumer should fail to comply with any of the Company* s Rules and Regula­tions from time to time in force, the Company shall -have the right to discontinue service to the consignor. 14. Reconnection Service Charge - In the event service to any consumer shall bo discontinued as provided herein, only duly authorized employees of the Company shall be permitted to reconnect the consumer’s facilities to the distribution system of the Costomy. A reconnection charge of [-2,00 shall be made and collected by the Company before service is renewed where service has been discontin­ued, pursuant to these Rules end Regulations.
