Fort Mohave Arizona October 11 The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington DC Sir: On August 12th 1890 I received Authority from the Indian office to spend as much as $500 00/100 was necessary to obtain and transport pupils to fill my school. I have the honor to seek information in regard to procuring the necessary funds. I made one trip to the Suappi Indians which cost me $101 60/100, this money I paid out of my own pocket.
