Provided we get stock cattle asked for; lumber, lime, etc, contracted for (and which we need very, very, much, and at once); tailoring outfit and farm machinery estimated for, and can pay for them out of this year’s appropriations- use will have money enough with our $20000 appropriation to provide for from 100 to 150 pupils. In my list of positions and salaries I said nothing about herders- provided we get our herd- because I hoped to pay them out of miscellaneous funds arising from sale of hides, and beef to employes and others
