6 This can be done by farming and stock [not legible]. Neither of these industries would be experiments. They are both in successful operation and especially is this line of the latter. The weather being so universally mild there is absolutely no loss by reason of severe storms and all stock is wonderfully prolific. The school has a reservation of 15000 acres. I would therefore as my Ninth: Spend $5000 for an irrigating plant. Tenth: Ten thousand for stock cattle, horses and hogs, including such fencing, sheds, saddles, etc. etc. so required. We would get $4000 or $5000 of the last back the first year by killing our own beef. The balance of the $80000 would be required
