Salt Labe City, Utah, sept. &2, L902. Levi. W. Syphus, Panaca, Lincoln Co., Nevada. My dear sir:- We have i>repared the complaints as "best we could with the information at our disposal. There may he some errors in thlpm hut if so we can amend. Correct any errors you perceive before filing. Swear to the complaints and file them at once with the clerk. Did not know name of the district so you will have to fill it in in al* the complaints. Pile the originals with the clerk. We sent you 1 two copies'itiseach, so that service can he made ux)on defendant one copy and you can keep the other. It may save you fees with the clerk by having this extra copy. We had to prepare three complaints instead of one as you wrote tii&t the title to the Sadie and the Saline was in you and also half interest in the other two claims. There was no community of interest. There were two Stewards who own ed another hal f in the Briney and one-half interest in the Wild Bill. This necessitated, as stated, bringing three suits. The information sent us is meager and we gather from it that the two Stewarts owned the other half interest. You will have to pay the clerk the fees upon filing the complaints, and you will lean n from him, if you do not know, how . summons is to he served on Bonelli. i King. Salt Lake City, Utah 'He will write you soon advising you fully in regard to the law of the case. You will notice in one of the complaints it is stated that Exhibit BA* is attached which means a copy of Macfarlanes plat. If you have one atjach it to the complaint and file. If not strike iixout those lines. You did not send us any information about the description so we had to hire a civil engineer here to figure out from the map the information we desired. He claims, the mapmis very inaccurate and that many mistakes were made in the - survey. Yours truly, Mrs Sadie B.George 802,l/2 East Kensington Road Los Angeles Cal
