This Indenture,made the day of M a y , 1925, between Sadie B.George,a widow, of the City and County of Los Angeles,in the State of California, the party of the first part, and E.N.Smith And Lydia 0.Smith, husband and wife, of same place, the parties of the second part, Witnesseth:- That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Doliars,lawful money of the United States of America, and other good,adequate,and valuable consideration, to her in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant,bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part,and to their heirs and assigns forever,all that certain lot, peice,or parcel,of land situate, lying and being in the County of Clark,in the State of Nevada, and bounded and particularly described as follows,to-wit The Southwest Quarter (1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (1/4), and the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4),of Section Thirty Five (35), Township Seventeen (17) South, of Range Sixty Eight (68) East, Mount Diabalo Base and Meredian, containing Eighty (80) Acres,according to the Government Survey thereof, be the same more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditament's" and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, i ssues and profits thereof. To Have and to Hold, all and singular the said premises,together with the appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
