I agree.FREEMAN COMPANY pub/ic/sts 7/1/57 Mr. John C. Mowbray 311 S. 3rd Street Las Vegas,Nevada Dear John, Thanks for your letter about the Baltimore firm using the name of "Angelbread** * I note that you say we cannot use the name in Interstate commerce and was wondering if you might answer the following question -- with our setup of having bakers in other cities bake the bread and sell it in their own cities and just remitting a dona- tion to the Angelbread Foundation, would that constitute Interstate commerce, or am I cutting it too fine? Anyway, is there any way we can s till keep on withf this project inasmuch as I am trying to line up other cities now and we are ready to go in Las Vegas in a few days, as soon as the paper comes off the press for the wrappers. Thanks for all your wonderful help and my thanks to the firms in Los Angeles with whom you are working. Kindest regards, Al freeman 95 0 8 WILSHIRE BLVD. e BEVERLY HILLS, CAL. ?╟≤ BRADSHAW 2-86 11
