Fourth:- Increase the pay of the following employes viz: the superintendent's from $1200 to $1800 per year; the physician's from $1000 to $1500; and the clerk’s from $840 to $1200 To accomodate 250 pupils would require new buildings; these together with the maintenance of the above-mentioned trades and increase of salaries would require about $20000.
