Office of H.E* George, 603 Braley Building, Los Angeles, Cal* May 19th, 1905 You and each of you will please take notice that the undersigned your co-owner of the South Half of the North Wes t Quarter and the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter Sec. 16 Township 16 South, Range 56 East, known as the Indian Creek or Towner Ranch in Lincoln County, Nevada together with all the waters rising and flowing therefrom and all of the tools and farming implements situate thereon hereby demands the immediate possession of an undivided one half thereof together with all the improvements thereon and an accounting of each and every article of produce raised thereon and sold by you ore now in your possession,and of all water sold and disposed of by you from said ranch and of all the pro­fits derived therefrom and of all crops and produce now on said ranch whether growing or otherwise and undisposed of from the time that you entered into the possession of said ranch to this date.
