F. R. M ? N A M E E A T T O R N E Y A T L A W D E L A M A R , N E V A D A . May, 12th 1905. Mr. H. E. George, Braly Building, Los Angeles. My dear George I have yours of the 8th relative to the Indian Springs ranch matter and will say in reply that my services are at your disposal in the matter. Did not think there was any question about the surveys and subdivisions in that vicinity , and do not now think that there is any mistake in the survey. Towner was a careful man and would not be likely to make the mistake of improving land other than his own. Of course I am not surprised at anything your cO-owners might do in the premises, and it will be probably necessary for you to have a Receiver appointed to'take charge of the ranch and its proceeds in order to protect yourself. I understand that this is one of the important stations on the line form the Vegas to Bullfrog, but that the Latimers make it so unpleasant for the public that a good many $ass them by. A receiver can be appointed on the ex- parte application of plaintiff on a proper showing of facts. Court will not meet until sometime in June, and it is possible that it will be later, and if you could give me the necessary facts upon which to base the complaint a Receiver could be appointed at once..I have not got the Numbers of the land here but of course they are in Pioche. Will be glad to see you again in this vicinity. With Best regards to your good wife and son, I am, Very truly, After 10 days, return to E. R. McNAMEE, DELAMAR, NBY.
