Annual Report Fort Mojave, Ariz August 1st The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. Sir: In accordance with instructions I have the honor to forward herewith my first annual report as superintendent of the Herbert Welsh Institute, occupying the reservation and building of what was formerly known as Fort Mojave.
