Fort Mojave, Ariz January 28 The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington D.C. This [not legible] is rendered necessary by the enormous amount of labor that must be spent on the school farm we are just starting. The [not legible] has got to be cleared and leveled, ditches dug [not legible] [not legible], fences to [not legible], etc. etc. I have [not legible] but Indian assistants.
