H A R D I N G , S A M U E L KN I G H T i ' February 19, 1902. Hampton 1. George, Esq., Las Vegas, Lincoln County, Nevada. Dear Sir: When Mr. Keely paid you the |1950 on account of the purchase price of the Green Monster Mine, the receipt which was prepared, read "as administrator of the estate of Aaron Winters, deceased”. We see by the order appointing you that you were appointed “administrator with the will annexed of the estate of Aaron Winters, deceased”. We shall be glad therefore if you will execute a duplicate receipt, which we herewith enclose, to the effect that the money was paid to you as “administrator with the will annexed" instead of as “administrator of the estate”. The form of receipt is precisely the same as the one previously signed by you, except that it reads "administrator with the will annexed" instead of"administrator of the estate". Kindly sign the receipt and send it to us at your earliest convenience, and oblige, enc Yours truly,
