Charles O. Whittemore (1862–1920) was an American railroad attorney and corporate executive active in the early 20th-century development of Southern Nevada. He served as General Attorney for the San Pedro, Los Angeles and Salt Lake Railroad in Salt Lake City, Utah, and later became Vice President and General Counsel of the Las Vegas and Tonopah Railway. Whittemore also served as President of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. He died in Los Angeles, California.
