A steam engine, once used in a sawmill, sits outdoors, surrounded by overgrowth. The engine was built by George Lee Edwards (father of Elbert Edwards) and Lyman Lafayette Woods (George Edwards's father in law) in the 1890s. It was moved to Panaca, Nevada in July 1992.
Steam engine originally used to power a sawmill which was jointly owned by George Edwards (father of Elbert Edwards) and Lyman Woods (George Edwards's father in law). It was used extensively in the late 1800s but sat idle for many years before being moved from Clover Valley to Panaca in July 1992. It now stands in the ballpark in Panaca, Nevada.
