Nevada State Board of Education Questions for the Examination of Teachers (1894) consists of a single test booklet from the Nevada State Board of Education containing questions to test the knowledge of teachers. The test includes questions from subjects such as physiology, reading, orthography, geography, and United States history.

The UNLV Songleader Uniform (approximately 1975-1979) consists of one white, red, and blue uniform dress and jacket worn by a UNLV Songleader in the late 1970s.

The Maichle Family Films (approximately 1950-1959) consist of eight 8mm films made by Elizabeth and Robert E. Maichle during their life living in Southern Nevada. The films depict life at the Maichle ranch near the intersection of South Pearl Street and Tropicana Avenue, where they raised their son, Robert W. Maichle. The films also depict trips to Death Valley, Lake Mead, and parts of northern Nevada.

Video production work created by Steven Patchin for clients like the Clark County Parks and Recreation Department and the Southern Nevada Jazz Society. Videos include content of Jazz musician interviews, various parks activities, Las Vegas history, and work on the Clark County Wetlands Park.

This collection is unprocessed. The International Center for Responsible Gaming Records [UNPROCESSED] (approximately 1995-2023) mostly consist of the organization's grant files. The records also include conference programs, promotional material, photographs, and educational videotapes produced by the organization.

The James "Dee" Donithan Collection of Nevada Test Site Photographs (approximately 1970-1999) consist of 8x10 photographs depicting flowers, landscapes, wildlife, workers, work sites, and testing equipment at the Nevada Test Site. The photographs were printed by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Mercury, Nevada, and collected into a binder by James "Dee" Donithan.

The Norma Cooper Photograph Collection (approximately 1945-1955) consists of two black-and-white photographs. The first image shows an exterior view of the Ramona Room at Hotel Last Frontier, with four women sitting in chairs on the terrace. The second image is of Deanna Durbin and Felix Jackson's 1945 wedding at Little Church of the West.
