An unidentified individual rides in a wagon. There are several signs attached to the wagon. The signs on the wagon read, "Art candee 511 Fremont St. Better Used Cars. Auto loans quick", "Pulling for Luce & Goodfellow, electric refrigerator headquarters. 508 Fremont", "Arena beer gardens 220 N. 2nd Street! Barbecued Sandwiches. Dancing Every Night", and, "Stop at Joe's Garage for reasonable prices of all motor work. 1230 S. 3rd St."
