Description
Restaurant construction continues while patrons sit at the counter with food and drinks. Behind the counter, shelving and cabinets are covered with plastic and tape. Menus are visible near the customers, giving a clue that this may be the Palm Room under construction. This black and white photograph was taken during the renovation period of the hotel and casino.
