Description

On March 2, 1977, Jonathan R. Bellingar interviewed Edward Gregory (born July 28, 1922) about his life in Nevada. The interview takes place at Nellis Air force Base; also present during the interview is an unidentified man. Gregory was born and raised in Nevada; he discusses leaving Nevada to serve in the Army during World War II before eventually returning to Nevada in 1950. The interview concludes with a brief overview of how Nellis Air force Base has changed since the 1950s.

Local news reports on an armed robbery at the Stardust Hotel and Casino. Two individuals robbed a casino cage and set off two smoke bombs in an attempt to escape, at the time of the reports the suspects were not caught, and police were searching for the suspects. Footage of the police going door-to-door in the Budget Suites Motel behind the Stardust that they believe the suspects are hiding in. Footage includes witnesses interviewed, as well as casino guests, descriptions of the suspects, and police arresting someone. Original media VHS, color, aspect ratio 4 x 3, frame size 720 x 486.
