Portaro speaks about Built-Rite Construction, moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993, and meeting notable Las Vegas men such as Pastor Paul Goulet Arnie Adamsen, and Charlie Kajkowski. Potaro also discusses how these experiences enabled him to benefit his church, his family, and his adopted community.

Mary and Bill Jr. recall their Southwest Gas Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bill Jr. discusses the natural gas and propane delivery systems in Clark County, Nevada and the MGM and Hilton Hotel fires.

Kramer talks about the development of Henderson, Nevada and shares the significance of the Basic Magnesium Inc. (BMI) to the Las Vegas, Nevada community. Kramer also talks about the societal change in Las Vegas, Nevada when gambling became legal, and the growth of the city at large.

In the interview, La Porta discusses his birth at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada and his office, the La Porta Insurance Agency in Las Vegas, Nevada. He also talks about his early memories of Henderson, gambling, celebrities in Las Vegas, and his religious preferences.

Oral history interview with Brad Nelson conducted by Stefani Evans on October 30, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Nelson recalls planning various parcels, the village of Silver Springs, the village of Fox Ridge, the Fountains, and the Green Valley Athletic Club. He discusses the Green Valley ethos of planning for a good quality of family life by making space for churches, schools, and parks; providing a variety of housing price points, public art, working with homeowners' associations, and Single Point Urban Interchanges (SPUIs).

Oral history interview with George Marshall conducted by Dottie Adams on February 02, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Marshall discusses politics while he was the Justice of the Peace in 1938, and District Judge in 1940. Marshall later talks about the above ground atomic test, economic and environmental changes, and gambling in Las Vegas, Nevada.
