The Nevada files (1964-2021) sub-series contains research files, reprints, negatives, and surveys from various locations throughout Nevada. Moapa Valley, Overton, the Muddy River, Lake Mohave, Ash Meadows, the Nevada Test Site, the Great Basin region, and regional Northern and Southern Nevada comprise the majority of the files.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas College of Dental Science Records (1969-2001) include two issue briefs from 1969 and 2001 detailing Nevada's dentist shortage and the University's efforts to mitigate the issue. The collection also contains a final report from 1998 detailing the need for the state of Nevada to establish a college of dental science.

Nevada Superintendent of State Printing Reports contain biennial reports from 1905-1906, 1938-1940, 1951-1952, and 1961 through 1970. (Also called the Report of the State Printer for the years 1964 to 1966.) Material includes records of printing done for elected and appointed officials in Nevada.

The Nevada Empowered Women's Project (NEW Project) Records (1996-2001) consists of brochures, newsclippings, federal and state agency reports, and manuals about poverty and welfare rights pertaining to the activism of the NEW Project, headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The material chronicles the battles over welfare reform in the 1990s and also includes the full agenda and report for the 1999 Welfare Reform Conference held in Washington, D.C.

The collection includes information primarily about the Committee for an Inclusive and Just University (CIJU).
