The United States restaurants series contains menus and dining-related materials from 1852 to 2010. Menus represent a wide variety of restaurants, including those individually owned and operated, fine dining, hotels and banquets, and commonly known chain restaurants. Menus that date before 1930 are individually listed; all other menus are grouped alphabetically by restaurant name.

The United States Harbor Reports series (1914-1940) contains blueprints, photographs, and maps of freight terminals related to transportation in and around various United States seaports, including Boston, Massachusetts; Norfolk, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; New York City, New York; New Orleans, Louisiana; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; and Los Angeles, California.
The Alice P. Broudy Papers on Broudy v United States (1940-2018) comprise materials collected and created by the wife of Charles A. Broudy during her effort to obtain compensation for his death in 1977, which she believed to be a result of repeated radiation exposure. Materials include government documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), correspondence, memos, litigation papers, scholarly reports and articles on radiation exposure and its effects, congressional testimony, speeches, newspaper clippings, books and audiovisual materials. Also included are photographs, slides, and one box of Alice "Pat" Broudy's personal papers. There are two boxes of papers that remain unprocessed.
