In this interview, Saunders discusses her career in the U.S. Air Force. She describes the environment and culture including living quarters, training, and promotions. Saunders talks about her experience as an African American woman in the military including how marriage and pregnancy affected her.

On March 2, 1976, collector Debbie Nesbit interviewed Joseph Kine (born November 16th, 1906 in Elkhart, Iowa) in his home in Boulder City, Nevada. In this interview, Mr. Kine discusses working at Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) as a high scaler. He also speaks about living in Boulder City in its very beginnings as a town.
John Joseph Brown was born on June 4, 1924, in Brooklyn, New York. John married Margaret A. on October 10, 1950, and they had five children: Michael G. Brown; James F. Brown; Daniel E. Brown; Jacqueline M. Brown; and Elizabeth H. Brown.
Brown was the Radiological Safety Supervisor at the Nevada Test Site.
Brown received his GED while in the United States Navy. Brown was enlisted in the United States Naval Force for twenty-two years (1941 to 1963). Brown had previously worked as a seaman on a ship and with nuclear weapons.
Richard Van Nutley was born on August 17, 1935, in Yakima, Washington. Richard married Elsie May (née Schockley) on July 26, 1959. Elsie passed away on August 26, 1995, but they had two children during their time together: James and Peggy.
Nutley was enlisted in the United States Army Reserve.
Nutley obtained a master's of systems management degree from the University of Southern California.
Stephen Craig Ronshaugen was born on March 22, 1948, in Minot, North Dakota. Stephen married Bonita on February 10, 1979, and they had two children: Matthew and Kristina.
Ronshaugen obtained a bachelor of arts degree from Minot State University. He also did some graduate work at the North Dakota State University.
