Description

Local news reports of The Stardust Hotel/Casino evacuated due to a bomb threat and subsequent scare of a suspicious package found in the poker room on February 5, 1996. The video consists of 12 segments from three different stations. Includes soundbites from Las Vegas Metro Police Sergeant Greg McGurdy that the suspicious package was not an explosive device, followed by brief soundbite from bystander. Description

A shack house located between Van Buren Avenue and the North Project Boundary, and H and J Streets, West Las Vegas, Nevada. There is a shell of an old school bus under a roof extension that has been fitted with an air conditioner. A sign leaning against a metal tank that is located under the air conditioner reads "8."
