Nineteen year old Virginia Page from Brighton, England, winner of Meet Me In Las Vegas contest. Page, as Miss Las Vegas, won a trip to Las Vegas for a week starting June 2, 1957. She was crowned by Yolande Donlan, Chairman of the panel of judges. Transcribed from behind the image, "'Mrs. Tom Wah (Gue Gim) in front of the school house- Prince Mine, Pioche, Nevada, (with negative). This is the silk Brocade dress Gue Gim was married in in San Francisco in 1916. She brought It with her to Prince along with other silk dresses, but they were all lost in a fire in 1927.' The Ann Valder Photograph Collection on Judy Bayley (1969-1971) consists of black-and-white photographic prints of Hacienda Hotel owner Judy Bayley, collected by Las Vegas, Nevada journalist Ann Valder. The collection is primarily comprised of photographic prints of Bayley at a 1971 event held in her honor at the International Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also includes photographic prints of Bayley at fundraisers for the American Cancer Society. Ann Valder was an editor and journalist for the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Valley Times, as well as a columnist for the Las Vegas Sun.
