The Stand OUT for Equality Records (2008-2011) contain correspondence, lobbying materials, press kits, promotional materials, expense reports, meeting agendas and minutes, certificates, and notes pertaining to the 2009 and 2011 lobbying efforts by Stand OUT for Equality for gay and straight domestic partnership benefits and transgender rights held in Carson City, Nevada. The collection also contains photographic prints of the 2009 and 2011 Equality Days in Carson City, copies of legislation related to domestic partnerships in Nevada, event invitations, newspaper clippings, and optical discs with digital copies of fliers, posters, logos, manuals, training videos, and photographs, as well as templates and budgeting information.

The Anthony M. Valentino Erotica Collection (1950s-1990s) contains homoerotic drawings, stories, photographs, ephemera, and magazine articles collected and created by Valentino. This collection provides insight into gay erotica and pornography dating from the mid- to late- twentieth century.

The Las Vegas Professional Men’s Club Records (1984-1997) consist of the constitution, meeting minutes, and organizational documents of the Las Vegas Professional Men’s Club, later known as the Las Vegas Men’s Club (LVMC). The LVMC provided a social outlet for gay men in Southern Nevada. The bulk of the materials date from the 1990s and include membership lists, event fliers, promotional materials, financial documents, and information documenting the club’s fundraising activities.

Oral history interviews with Dennis McBride conducted by Claytee D. White and Stefani Evans on various dates in March, April, and May 2023 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. McBride goes into detail in this 4-session interview and covers a wide variety of topics, including: the history of Boulder City, working at various cultural institutions in Las Vegas, the evolution of the LGBTQ+ community in Las Vegas, researching his own history and publishing a book, and local advocacy groups. The D. L. Washburn Photograph Collection on Sasha's Nightclub and Restaurant is comprised of primarily candid photographs of patrons and entertainers such as musicians, female impersonators, and male strippers at Sasha's Nightclub in Las Vegas, Nevada from approximately 2001 to 2003. The collection includes photographs of Sasha Scarlett with patrons and entertainers at the nightclub. The majority of individuals in this collection are unidentified.

Oral history interview with Alan Clancy conducted by Su Kim Chung on February 12, 2015 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview Alan Clancy discusses his childhood in Australia, performing all over the world starting at the age of 17, and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada at 21 because he got a contract to dance. Clancy also discusses the celebrities he has performed for, the showgirls he has worked with, gay life in Las Vegas, opening a vintage store with his partner, and his life and career in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Ted Lenhart LGBTQ Community Collection (1990-2001) is comprised of correspondence, newspaper clippings, and organizational material detailing LGBTQ community issues in Nevada throughout the 1990s. The collection includes materials from organizations including: Aid for AIDS of Nevada, the Clark County Coalition of HIV/AIDS Service Providers, the Nevada chapter of the AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power (ACT-UP), efforts to organize an HIV-Negative Men’s support group in Nevada, and Nevada Outdoors, an LGBTQ hiking club.
