The Las Vegas Rotary Club Records (1981-2022) contain award certificates, club directories and rosters, Las Vegas Rotary publications, commemorative material including a 20-foot by 34-foot velvet curtain. The collection also contains plastic and metal Rotary Club signs from across the United States and international locations, material from a Rotary Club in Africa, and a digital video segment made in 2013 about the history of the Las Vegas Rotary.

The records of Temple Beth Sholom date from 1945 to 2015 and include scrapbooks, photographs, bulletins, meeting minutes, by-laws, correspondence, and publications. The collection contains documentation of the Board of Directors, the Sisterhood, the Men's Club, the history of the congregation, events held by the temple, and construction of the temple building in Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Burt and Wilma Bass photographs and programs mainly document the Bass’ involvement in the Jewish community of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as their personal and professional lives. Images date from 1976 to 1987 and are entirely digital.

The Gary Sternberg Papers are comprised of correspondence, publications, and videos documenting Sternberg's involvement with the Las Vegas Jewish community from 1983 to 2015. Organizations represented in the collection include Congregation Ner Tamid and the Holocaust Survivors Group of Southern Nevada. Also included are digital photographs of Sternberg in 2015 wearing his Caesars Palace dealer's uniform.

The Mike Weatherford entertainment research papers date from approximently 1980 through 1995 and consist of entertainers' biographies and entertainment critiques for shows in the various hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada. There are also a few news clippings.

The Archaeo-Nevada Society Records (1930-2016) consist of archaeological and conservation articles, correspondence, brochures, newsletters, programs, maps, and information about the flora and fauna of Nevada. Materials also include scrapbooks and photograph albums detailing the activities of the society between 1966 and 1999.

Collection contains transcripts from various American television news programs and journal articles about gambling from 1987 to 1992. The topics are broad and include various forms of gambling, problem gambling, and gaming venues.
