Mary Kozlowski Pichot was born on October 23, 1939 in Town of Lake, Wisconsin to parents George and Mary Kupec. She was an American environmentalist and activist and she worked to preserve various areas such as Red Rock Canyon and Tule Springs.
Junior Craig was born around 1921. He moved from Los Angeles, California to Southern Nevada with his father on January 16, 1946 with trucks to work on the construction of Davis Dam. At the time, Craig worked as a trailer court operator. He also worked as a goldminer in Searchlight, Nevada for a couple of years. Craig was also an active member of the civil defense in Clark County, Nevada.
Milton I. Schwartz was born in 1921 and was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1946 to help build the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. After moving back to New York for a while, Schwartz returned to Las Vegas in 1971 to found Valley Hospital and serve as its board chairman. He was involved in many businesses in Las Vegas and worked in real estate development. He also owned and operated a cable television company called MISCO, Inc. and was a partner and director of Yellow, Checker, and Star cab companies.
