The collection is comprised of University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) professor, Dr. Patrick W. Carlton's, research files dating from 1982 to 2011 in the "Oral History of the Public School Principalship" Project. The papers include research files about principals in Las Vegas, Nevada and Superintendents on the Clark County School District.

The Horse Racing Collection (1927-1979) contains brochures, handicapping information, programs, and articles written by Harry McCalla related to horse racing. There are also advertisements and clippings from racing forms. This material covers various venues in the United States.

The John Levy Lighting Productions, Inc. Records (approximately 1990-2022) contain correspondence, invoices, contracts, expense reports, newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs, slides, and digital files detailing the development of various projects primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada. The records also contain architectural lighting drawings, electrical schematics and design details, conceptual sketches, and artist renderings of projects in Las Vegas, throughout United States, and various international locations.

Records are comprised of meeting minutes, newsletters, and event planning communication produced by the Nevada Chili Boosters in conjunction with the Nevada Association for the Handicapped between 1988 and 1998. The records provide information about the Chili Boosters "Hot Pot Chili Cookoff" benefiting the Nevada Association for the Handicapped and other charities.

The Junior League of Las Vegas' Records on the Morelli House Preservation Project contains the records of the Junior League of Las Vegas and the organization's efforts to preserve the Morelli House in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada from 1997 to 2017. Records are comprised of various internal and external planning documents, research files, advertising and publicity, correspondence, grant files, and photographs. Also included in this collection are scans of original planning documents and drawings used by Las Vegas, Nevada architect, Hugh E. Taylor, during construction of the Morelli House in the 1950s.

The Station Casinos Menu collection is comprised of digital food and beverage menus (approximately 2016) from hotel casino restaurants owned by the Station Casinos gaming company in Las Vegas, Nevada. Digital menus are from restaurants within Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino and a digitized Food Express Chinese Restaurant menu from Palace Station Hotel & Casino.

Papers are comprised of photographs, newspaper clippings, and correspondence dating from the 1950s to the 1980s collected by Steven Hart, son of the Las Vegas, Nevada chef, Nat Hart. The papers include information about Steven Hart's childhood and his service in Vietnam. Also included in the collection are photos of Steven Hart's father, Nat Hart.
