The Las Vegas Women in Construction Collection (1962-1963) consists of a scrapbook compiled by Joyce McMinn Beckett, president of the Las Vegas, Nevada Chapter of The National Association of Women in Construction. The scrapbook contains meeting programs, sign-in sheets, clippings, newsletters, and several photographs from the 1962 Las Vegas, Nevada meeting of Women in Construction (WIC) at the Dunes Hotel.

The document lists 13 terms and conditions including such topics as land use, water use, and fiscal responsibilities. "Exhibit A", which is referenced below, is mentioned in lease term number two and shows specific areas of the ranch . The area outlined in yellow was to be used for dairy operations and the red outlined area for grazing purposes.

The Las Vegas Television Viewer Reports and Programming Guides (1955-1982) is comprised of Las Vegas, Nevada television audience reports from marketing research firms including the American Research Bureau and Arbitron Company from 1962 to 1982. Materials also include Las Vegas television programming guides dating from 1955 to 1967. The materials were collected by Bob Stoldal, who was a news anchor and director for KLAS-TV and longtime Southern Nevada historian.

[This collection is unprocessed.] The Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival Records (1990-2023) primarily contain submissions to the Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival as well as marketing, promotional, and press coverage of the festival. Also included are materials related to the creation of the CineVegas Film Festival. The collection also includes records about art projects produced by Joshua Abbey and other ventures he was involved with.
