Description
From the Thomas J. Hickey Photograph Collection (PH-00252) -- Depicted in the photograph is an employee restrooms at the Sparks, Nevada Train Yard sent to Senatort Thomas J. Hickey to show the poor working conditions. Handwritten on photographic sleeve, "Toilet facilities at Sparks train yard which employees used. (An engineer sent these to Sen. [Senator] Hickey as proof of the terrible working conditions for employees."
